What are your processing times?
All orders take 1-3 business days to process plus the delivery time from our warehouse in NY, WI or IL. Please refer to the image below for UPS Ground transit times to your location. If your item is on backorder, your item will ship as soon as we receive the inventory and will follow the above mentioned guidelines.
Custom items require more time, please allow 1-2 weeks for custom items. We can do it faster upon request, but please ask to make sure we can do it.
How Much is Shipping?
Depending on the shipping method you choose, the items you order and where your package will be traveling, your shipping cost can vary. You can calculate your shipping cost on our site before placing your order. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
- Add any items you want into your cart.
- Click “View Cart”
- Under “Cart Summary” your current geolocation will already be calculated for. Presto! All of your shipping method price estimates will be previewed for you! If you want to see shipping costs for a different location you can change the Country, Region/State and Zip Code below the shipping price list.
Can I expedite my order?
If you need the item(s) expedited please select an expedited shipping method at at checkout and email your request to support@receptionflipflops.com or call us at 1-800-615-1428 after making a purchase to insure we are aware of your situation and we get the item out as soon as possible. As a courtesy, we ask for your "need by" date at checkout and we try our best to insure you get the items on time. However, if we are not notified in advance of the situation and we ship the order within the 1-3 business day window and with the shipping method you select, we are not liable for items arriving after the event date.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Pashmina samples and single orders will ship from our WI location.
Pashmina bulk orders (10 pcs or more) will ship from our NY location.
Flip Flops, blankets, pashminas (single orders - less than 10 pashminas), Haley & Ava baskets and bows ship from WI.
Everything else ships from IL.

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All shipping methods and prices will be displayed on the cart page and checkout page. Please note that any tax & duties at pickup are paid by the customer.
